Bilingual financial service consultant- insurance
Duties
As a Financial Services Consultant (FSC), you receive inbound calls and sales leads from Group Benefits members leaving their employer plans, providing phone consultations to review options and recommend insurance solutions. You report to the Sales Manager, Client Solutions, and contribute to Rollover Protection sales targets by meeting count and premium goals.
Hard requirements
- Valid and active Life Insurance License (LLQP/PQAP)
- Minimum 2 years of related sales and/or service experience
- Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written)
- Strong influencing and closing skills
- Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
