Welder-Fitter
Duties
Assembler and weld metal parts according to plans and specifications (mainly FCAW) for industrial mechanical project management, including construction, modernization, and maintenance. The role involves reading technical drawings, visualizing assembly steps, and verifying weld quality while following team leader instructions on varied weekly projects.
Hard requirements
- Ability to read and interpret technical plans and drawings
- Knowledge of CWB welding procedures (mainly FCAW)
- Autonomy and organizational skills
- Good analytical ability, rigor, and speed of execution
