Duties
Maritime Gourmet is seeking a Mushroom Farm Worker to support daily operations of mushroom cultivation facilities. The role involves assisting with farm equipment, harvesting, and maintaining crops.
Hard requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to safety procedures
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic indoor farming environment
- Prior experience or knowledge in horticulture, farm machinery, or related fields is preferred
Pay & benefits
- $17.50-$18.50 per hour
