Duties
The Logistics Coordinator coordinates transportation, shipments, customs documentation, delivery schedules, and job costing for ICE Western Sales. This role ensures materials and equipment are delivered efficiently by working with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
Hard requirements
- Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
- Previous experience in logistics is required
- Experience with US freight, customs, tariffs, and related shipping requirements is preferred
- Ability to work with an ERP system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be organized and have the ability to handle multiple tasks
Pay & benefits
- Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience and trade tickets
