Duties
Slaughter livestock and remove viscera, cut carcasses into primal cuts, and remove bones in a meat processing environment.
Hard requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years experience
  • Willing to relocate
  • Own transportation
  • Drug test
  • Criminal record check
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and perform repetitive tasks
  • Physical capabilities including manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye co-ordination, standing for extended periods, and bending, crouching, kneeling
