industrial butcher
Duties
Slaughter livestock and remove viscera, cut carcasses into primal cuts, and remove bones in a meat processing environment.
Hard requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years experience
- Willing to relocate
- Own transportation
- Drug test
- Criminal record check
- Ability to handle heavy loads and perform repetitive tasks
- Physical capabilities including manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye co-ordination, standing for extended periods, and bending, crouching, kneeling
