scheduler - transit system
Duties
Paratransit Clerk coordinating trip requests, managing scheduling and dispatch activities, supporting passengers, and ensuring safe service delivery.
Hard requirements
- Grade 12 education
- At least 1 year of computer, customer service, or dispatch experience
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain accurate and detail focused in a high volume environment
- Available for on call coverage across extended service hours throughout the week
Pay & benefits
- $19–$32/hr
