Duties
Hand harvest vegetables and pick row and orchard crops, including mushrooms. Sort fruits and vegetables and clean the work area in a physically demanding environment.
Hard requirements
- No degree, certificate or diploma required
- No experience required (will train)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical capabilities: manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Personal suitability: reliability, team player, values and ethics
- Must provide own gloves and steel-toed safety boots
