Hard requirements
- University degree and/or Community College Diploma in Human Resources Management
- CHRP designation or actively working towards the designation
- Minimum three years of work experience within the scope of Human Resources, preferably in a Healthcare and unionized environment
- Minimum three years of disability management experience, specifically managing leaves of absence and accommodations in accordance with applicable legislation
- Ability to set priorities and manage multiple responsibilities and meet timelines while maintaining a strong customer focus
