Hard requirements
- Proven experience in lawn care or landscaping
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing or supervising a team
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills and professional demeanor
- Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate company trucks and trailers safely
- Physically capable of performing outdoor work in various weather conditions
