Duties
Wine Bar Manager to run Brooky?s wine bar at Somewhere Inn Collingwood, managing service, stock, and events.
Hard requirements
- Experienced behind a bar with time spent leading a team or running a room.
- Smart Serve certified, or ready to be before your first shift.
- Available evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Confident with wine and comfortable with numbers like pour cost and ordering.
- Organized under pressure and able to work solo or lead a team.
