Provide outstanding customer service to each customer

Maintain a high level of British product knowledge

Ability to learn and operate POS system with accuracy in all transactions

Work with store management and other employees to maximize store sales

Assist with merchandising and monitoring floor stock levels

Maintain a well organised stock room

Assist with store maintenance and cleaning tasks

Other tasks as assigned by management Qualifications required

Experience dealing with the public

Excellent customer service abilities

Friendly with a positive attitude

Knowledge of British product

Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, night and weekends

Ability to be on your feet most of the day

Ability to lift merchandise

Merchandising knowledge and be creative with displays
