Duties
We are seeking a friendly and professional Cashier/Customer Service representative to join our retail team, providing exceptional service to customers and managing transactions efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organized, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Hard requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate cash handling
- Experience with merchandising is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
