Duties
Evaluates and supports clients by helping them develop autonomy and reintegrate into the community through treatment and rehabilitation programs. Works using interdisciplinary collaboration and clinical principles of rehabilitation, risk, needs, and responsiveness.
Hard requirements
- High school diploma plus an additional program or course of over six months and up to one year in community integration or the equivalent
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced non-violent crisis intervention training (CPI) or a commitment to take this training within set schedule
- Prevention and Management of Suicidal Behaviour training or a commitment to take this training within set schedule
- Valid driver's license and willingness to use own vehicle for work
- Willingness to travel within the zone
- Bilingual essential
Pay & benefits
- $29–$30/hr
Work format
- Permanent full-time
- Day, Night, Weekend, Rotation, 8 and 12-hour shifts
- Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs
