Duties
Lawyer for debt recovery and residential real estate matters in Ontario, overseeing file intake through conclusion and supporting clients in transactions and enforcement.
Hard requirements
- Licensed to practise law in Ontario and member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- At least 1 year of post-call experience in debt recovery, mortgage enforcement, real estate law, or related areas
- Working knowledge of residential real estate transactions including purchases, sales, refinancing, and closings
- Strong legal drafting, analytical ability, organization, and time management skills
- Authorized to work in Canada
