Duties
Employment Counsellor providing individual employment counselling, assessments, and job placement services to help clients gain and retain employment.
Hard requirements
  • Ability to complete common assessments and assess client needs for program appropriateness
  • Outcome-focused case management ability with knowledge of local labour market trends and community resources
  • Experience interviewing and assessing clients for resume readiness, interview skills, and job search capabilities
  • Ability to coordinate services with the Job Development team and advocate for client placement and retention
Pay & benefits
  • Starting Salary: $56,366 - $57,495
