  • Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining professional, collaborative relationships with clients, contractors, supervisors, and workers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic reporting or document-management systems.
  • Valid Class 5 driver?s licence and the ability to travel to project sites throughout Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.
  • Ability to work occasional early mornings, evenings, nights, or weekends based on active construction schedules.
