Duties
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
Hard requirements
- College/CEGEP education
- 2 years to less than 3 years experience
- Ability to work on site with no remote option
- Conduct performance reviews
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
