Duties
As a Department Manager at H&M, you lead your team to create an inclusive culture and ensure excellent operational and visual experiences for customers and colleagues. You analyze sales, identify commercial opportunities, and optimize results while maintaining high fashion quality and store standards.
Hard requirements
- Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers
- Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, upskilling & developing your team in-store
- Complete performance evaluations and succession planning to support business & team needs
- Ensure all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store are followed
- Participate in relevant available Onboarding & introduction processes, trainings and courses relevant for your role & future development
