Duties
We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Welder/Fabricator for a hands-on, full-time position in Thunder Bay focused on production welding and saw cutting. You will work independently on smaller projects while supporting the wider team with occasional local deliveries and general shop tasks.
Hard requirements
- Valid CWB License (Canadian Welding Bureau certification is strictly required)
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License (or equivalent) with a clean abstract for occasional deliveries
- Solid basic knowledge of welding techniques, saw operation and blueprint layout
- Ability to work independently on smaller tasks with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina required for heavy lifting, loading materials and standing for long shifts
