Experienced Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and production equipment while supporting preventative maintenance programs.
Hard requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Millwright in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Certificate of Qualification or Red Seal certification is preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience maintaining conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, motors, and production equipment
  • Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals
  • Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is considered an asset
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and Lockout/Tagout procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as required
