Job description
Experienced Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and production equipment while supporting preventative maintenance programs.
Hard requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or Millwright in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Valid 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Certificate of Qualification or Red Seal certification is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience maintaining conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, motors, and production equipment
- Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals
- Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is considered an asset
- Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as required
Pay & benefits
- $26 - $35 per hour
