The Engineering Specialist develops and maintains engineering data for refurbishment projects, supporting customer scope of work and general requirements.
Hard requirements
- Engineering Technician College Diploma
- Certified Technician, Certified Engineering Technologist and/or Professional Engineer is preferred
- 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience including manufacturing or remanufacturing industries, mechanical drafting and AutoCAD, writing technical documentation, project management, advanced blueprint reading and work sequencing, and knowledge of metal and wood working tools, metallurgy, and industry hardware
- Certificate of Qualification as Electrician (309A or 442A) and 5 years of relevant railway experience will be considered for those who do not meet the above
