Duties
Supervise 11-15 people in a hot, outdoor fruit and vegetable farming environment. Perform general farm duties including organizing tasks and maintaining work records.
Hard requirements
- No degree, certificate or diploma required
- Experience is an asset
- Physically demanding work with ability to sit, stand, and walk
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Organized and team player personal suitability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure with tight deadlines
