Duties
Introduce homeowners and property owners to microhomes, garden studios, and prototype housing solutions. Generate leads, arrange consultations, and build relationships with clients and partners.

- Interest in housing, construction, design or real estate
- Comfortable speaking with new people
- Self-motivated, organized and professional
- Strong follow-through
- Direct sales: 3 years (required)
Pay & benefits
- Pay: $36,346.53-$149,826.90 per year
- Average income per completed sale: approximately $2,500-$3,500
- Target income: $150,000 per year, depending on performance
- No guaranteed income or minimum number of sales
