Scheduling & workforce optimization partner

Duties
The Scheduling and Workforce Optimization Partner facilitates Scarborough Health Network’s scheduling processes to ensure adequate staffing in an operationally safe and cost-efficient manner. This role acts as a scheduling business partner, using expertise in strategic scheduling to assess and make decisions collaboratively with operational leadership teams.
Hard requirements
  • Diploma or degree required (Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathematics preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years scheduling experience in a unionized acute care setting is required
  • Demonstrated proficiency of analytical skills and knowledge of analytical software (e.g. Microsoft Excel and other statistical software) required
  • Experience building and optimizing schedules and master rotations required
  • Good work and attendance record required
Pay & benefits
  • $46.876 - $54.342 hourly rate
