Leasing Advisor
Duties
Responsible for renting apartments and selling personalized services to a retired clientele, reporting to the General Manager. The role involves meeting sales targets, expanding the client base through networking and prospecting, and promoting the residence's unique features.
Hard requirements
- DEC in marketing, DEP in sales, or equivalent
- 3 years of experience, including 2 years in service sales
- Demonstrate RESPECT values of Chartwell
- Networking and communication skills
- Analytical and persuasive mindset
- Ability to listen to client needs
- Customer service orientation
- Teamwork capability
- Mastery of Microsoft Office tools and IT skills
