Duties
Aon is seeking a CPG Account Executive to join the team in Burlington, ON, acting as a trusted partner to clients and insurers while leading all aspects of commercial insurance accounts. The role involves servicing existing programs, analyzing risk exposure, negotiating terms, and proactively selling insurance products.
Hard requirements
- Legally authorized to work in Canada (no sponsorship available)
- RIBO licence required
- 3+ years of commercial insurance experience managing a portfolio of commercial clients
- CAIB and/or CIP designation (or actively working toward completion) is considered an asset
- Strong customer service, relationship management, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with AI-enabled technologies, including Microsoft Copilot
Pay & benefits
- Salary range: CAD $64,515 – CAD $85,000 (varies based on education, experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location)
