Duties
Coordinate work activities with other departments, establish methods to meet work schedules, and supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers. Prepare production reports, recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Hard requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years experience
