Duties
The People & Culture Manager improves caregiver and employee retention, education, and engagement while building scalable people systems and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and daily people challenges.
Hard requirements
  • Energetic, hands-on builder who works side by side with leadership and recruiting teams rather than delegating from above
  • Strong working knowledge of BC Employment Standards and experience supporting both casual and full-time employees in a fast-paced service-driven business
  • Experience actively reviewing, enhancing, and improving enterprise level employee recruitment and onboarding platforms such as Dayforce
  • Ability to recruit, interview, onboard, support, coach, document, organize, improve, and follow through
  • Comfortable working between strategic vision and daily execution, including reviewing employee NPS scores and finessing employment agreements
  • In-person, in-office leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial growth environment and enjoys collaborating face to face
