Duties
Supervisor of Electronic Assembly to lead manufacturing team, oversee assembly of electronic components, ensure process efficiency, and uphold quality standards.
Hard requirements
  • Low voltage knowledge is a must
  • Proven experience in manufacturing supervision, specifically within electronic or mechanical assembly environments
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies including lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies
  • Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff on technical procedures and system applications
