Duties
Blenders Events seeks an enthusiastic Sponsorship Coordinator to build strong sponsorships and partnerships for Long Days Night and the SaskPower Windscape Kite Festival. This collaborative, community-facing role involves connecting with people, staying organized, and helping events run smoothly.
Hard requirements
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Confidence with outreach, sponsorship requests, public speaking, and community engagement
- Collaborative, positive, flexible approach
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with a team
- Experience with Excel, Google Drive, and event coordination
- Valid Class 5 drivers licence, access to a vehicle, and access to a computer
Pay & benefits
- $8,000 guaranteed total
- Up to 400 hours of sponsorship work at $20/hour ($8,000)
- Plus 2% commission on financial sponsorships secured, with no cap
