Extrusion Operator
Duties
Extrusion Operator (Night Shift) Level -1 responsible for keeping hoppers full, checking production quality, labeling products, and maintaining a clean work area.
Hard requirements
- High school education or GED
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean drivers' abstract
- Experience with plastic extruder operations
- Light understanding of woodworking
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) frequently
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Dependability, reliability, punctuality, and good attendance record
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and independently
