Advisor exploration drilling
Duties
Coordinate and oversee exploration drilling activities to ensure safe and efficient execution at the Brucejack Mine. Monitor drill contractor performance and support planning of drilling schedules and exploration priorities.
Hard requirements
- Experience in exploration drilling operations, drilling contractor management, or related field-based mining activities
- Strong knowledge of drilling safety practices, environmental compliance requirements, and contractor oversight
- Ability to investigate issues, identify solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Post-secondary education in a related technical discipline and/or equivalent industry experience is considered an asset
Pay & benefits
- Competitive base salary PLUS a 15% short-term incentive bonus plan
- Expected salary range: $85,400 - $113,900 / year

Work format
- Remote, camp-based setting at Brucejack Mine
- 13 days on / 13 days off rotation (with travel days)
