Coordinator, traffic

Duties
Partner with customers to provide consultation on the efficient movement of goods globally and act as a subject matter expert on traffic processes and shipment requirements. Coordinate and prepare all logistical and regulatory documentation related to freight while ensuring compliance with safety and quality policies.
Hard requirements
  • College or University degree in a related Logistics discipline
  • FITT, APICS, CITT or P. Log certification is an asset
  • 3 years minimum experience in the transportation/customs and logistics industry
  • Working knowledge of shipping documentation requirements and SAP
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage pressure
