Duties
As the Merchandise Leader, you support the Merchandising Team Leader in ensuring the store meets AEO Brand Visual Standards through effective floorset execution, replenishment, and maintaining a guest-ready environment. You represent company values, champion team culture, and ensure safety and shrink-reduction strategies are followed.
Hard requirements
- Passion for merchandising and strong retail visual skills
- History of retail work
- Flexible availability including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
- Strong organization, attention to detail, priority-setting, and time management skills
- Ability to train and coach the floorset team and set productivity goals
