Job description
As a Cook at MacLeod Cares Clinton View Lodge in Kensington, PE, you will prepare nutritious, well-balanced meals that meet individual dietary requirements and ensure they are served safely and on time. You will work collaboratively with the dietary team and nursing staff to support the health and quality of life of residents.
Hard requirements
- Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Services, or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year of cooking experience (healthcare or institutional setting considered an asset)
- Food Handler Certification
- Knowledge of special diets
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- A clear vulnerable sector and criminal record check
- Ability to reliably commute to or relocate in Kensington, PE
