Job description
The Maintenance Repairer completes semi-skilled building and plumbing tasks, minor plastering and painting, and all custodial work including cleaning and grounds maintenance.
Hard requirements
- Completion of High School Diploma
- Experience at the semi-skilled level in the building or plumbing trades
- Experience in custodial work
- Acceptable Certificate of Conduct
- Valid class 5 driver's license
- Acceptable driver's abstract
Pay & benefits
- Salary: $45,864 to $50,315 per annum (CG-22 $22.05 to $24.19)
- Labrador Allowance: with dependent $8,939, without $4,529
- Travel Allowance: $1,425 for employee and $1,053 per dependent
