building operator - maintenance

Job description
Perform adjustments, minor repairs, and routine maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems in office and commercial buildings. Conduct safety checks and work with minimal supervision.
Hard requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Criminal record check
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Provide own steel-toed safety boots
  • Dependability, excellent oral communication, initiative, and reliability
