Job description
Under the supervision of the Senior Property Mapper, you maintain and upgrade property mapping using information from the Registry. You maintain and revise property boundaries and the Land Information Network database by interpreting and verifying property ownership information.
Hard requirements
- Interpreting and verifying property ownership information from documents affecting title/ownership
- Maintaining Land Registration documents pertaining to subdivision/consolidation plans and instruments of subdivision
- Creating required relations between new and existing PIDs
- Reviewing parcel descriptions, verifying mapping graphics, and creating new parcels
