Job description
As a Housekeeper at MacLeod Cares Port Hawkesbury Nursing Home, you maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. This role ensures comfort and dignity in a 66-bed long-term care home in Port Hawkesbury, Nova Scotia.
Hard requirements
- Previous cleaning experience (nursing home experience is an asset)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to read, speak, and write in English
- Ability to work independently as part of a team
- WHMIS Certification
- Clear vulnerable sector and criminal record check
- Reliable commute or plan to relocate to Port Hawkesbury, NS
Pay & benefits
- Pay: $20.48-$20.80 per hour
