building maintenance supervisor
Job description
Supervise workers and projects in construction, commercial, maintenance, repair, and service settings at various outdoor locations. Prepare reports, coordinate activities, recruit staff, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
Hard requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Excellent oral communication
- Organized
- Reliability
- Team player
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work outdoors, in noisy environments, at heights, and in dusty conditions
