We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Barista to join our dynamic team. The role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items while maintaining cleanliness and ensuring efficient operations in a fast-paced setting.
Hard requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a barista is preferred
- Must be fluent in English
- Secondary School (required)
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable work ethic with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Pay & benefits
- Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
