Job description
Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train staff, authorize merchandise returns, establish work schedules, prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters, resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, organize inventory, and supervise worker activities in a fast-paced environment.
Hard requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
