Job description
Full-time Case Plan Coordinator overseeing intake, case management, and transition planning for youth in Transitional Housing programs.
Hard requirements
- At least two years of experience in youth care or case management
- Secondary school completion required; related post-secondary education preferred
- Valid Saskatchewan drivers licence
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Clearance
- Commitment to SCPs values and approaches
- Strong communication, documentation, organization, and time-management skills
- Understanding of trauma-informed care and harm reduction
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively and remain calm under pressure
Pay & benefits
- $21.50-$24.00/hour
- CPR/First Aid, ASIST, Crisis Intervention, or Mental Health First Aid training is an asset
Work format
- Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
