Job description
Cash Canada is hiring motivated Sales and Loan Associates to connect with the community, create a great customer experience, and build a rewarding career in a pawnshop environment.
Hard requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to offer and describe various solutions and their benefits to the customer
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewellery, game systems, cellphones, and other electronics
Pay & benefits
- $18.00 per hour plus performance-based commissions
- Weekly competitive pay with weekly commission opportunity (earn $1-$5 more per hour)
