Job description
Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, appliances, painting and drywall. Maintain plants, lawns and gardens, and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
Hard requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years experience
- Valid driver's licence
- Criminal record check
