retail sales associate
Job description
This role is approximately 65% customer-facing sales and 35% inventory and operations. Associates are expected to understand products, ask the right questions, and contribute to overall store performance.
Hard requirements
- Retail or customer service experience (2 years required)
- Inventory management experience (1 year preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
- Weekend availability required
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable speaking with customers and recommending solutions
- Reliable attendance and professional presentation
- Willingness to learn systems, products, and sales standards
- English language (preferred)
Pay & benefits
- Hourly Rate: $21.50-$23.00 per hour
- Monthly Commission based on Average Order Value, Extended Warranty Sales, and Return Rate
- On-site parking
