Ski lift operator
Job description
Operate ski lifts and rides while monitoring equipment and ensuring patron safety at a ski resort. Provide instruction and assistance to skiers, including those with special needs, and handle emergency situations.
Hard requirements
- No degree, certificate or diploma required
- No experience (will train)
- Own transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding outdoor environment
- Skills in bending, crouching, kneeling
- Efficient interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Flexibility and reliability
Pay & benefits
- $18–$18/hr
Work format
- On site at a ski centre/resort
