Job description
Experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in Ottawa, leading a team of 5-6 employees. The role involves ensuring accurate order picking, preparation, loading, and delivery while maintaining high standards and solving problems quickly.
Hard requirements
- Previous experience managing or supervising a warehouse or distribution operation
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience scheduling and coordinating employees
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Forklift experience or certification is an asset but not required
Pay & benefits
- $60K–$70K/yr
Work format
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Location: Ottawa warehouse
