Job description
Analyze budgets and daily operations to boost restaurant profits, supervise staff of 5-10 people, and manage inventory, suppliers, and events.
Hard requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 2 years to less than 3 years experience
  • Knowledge of MS Access, Excel, Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows, Word, and Spreadsheets
  • Ability to enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation
  • Personal suitability traits: accurate, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral/written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, multitasking ability
