Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment.

Assist with cash handling and cashiering duties, ensuring accurate transactions.

Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs.

Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and food handling.

Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Skills

Strong cash handling experience with attention to detail in cashiering tasks.

Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently.

Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.

Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Familiarity with food handling standards and regulations.

Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere.

Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not required.
